Mayuya, the venomous snake, can't keep her venom inside any longer. She marches on over to where Familia Reverte, Jose, and Hernan are sitting at and yells at Marina that she's a hypocrite! Marina, our lovely heroine, isn't about to take crap from a venomous snake like Mayuya.
